募集職種：Business Development Executive/Senior Business Development Executive
-Good in communication and negotiation skill to build and maintain good relationship with customer and supplier.
-Overall responsibility in identifying new business opportunities, distribution channel and maximize sales opportunities for the business
-Develop the company’s business (sales) strategy through having clear understanding and analysis of customers’ needs and profile.
Proactively develop a continuous flow of sales opportunities for both existing and new clients and achieve a high hit rate
-Explore and Develop potential NEW customers in different markets and cultivate business opportunities and relationship with existing customers
-Analyze current market situations and competitive activity to identify development opportunities by generating active enquires and interest through active product/design offers to customer.
-Prepare and implement annual budget/action plan to achieve the sales target, and drive sales activities to achieve sales goals
-Analyze and understand the customers/market needs and tailor marketable product development solutions jointing with the product development team.
-Stay up to date with product ideas and solutions and work closely with the product development to continuously strengthen the AEHL unique product portfolio.
-Source and develop vendors with suitable capabilities to become long term strategic vendor partners.
-Develop annual marketing and promotions activities such as participation in fairs and exhibitions, and actively participating in all the necessary preparation efforts.
-Degree holder in business related discipline
-Entrepreneurial with key business development skills
-Experience in Kitchenware/Housewares products is a plus
-3-5 years or above working experience in International Sales and new product development, less experience may be consider as Business Development Executive.
-Team player with positive attitude and mind-set, independent, hardworking, self-motivated, proactive and detail minded
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; good project management and customer service skills; good presentation skills and strong negotiation skill with clients / vendors
-Fluency in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) and English is a must. Fluent in Japanese is an advantage
-Occasionally travel overseas is required
-Willing to work overtime and under pressure
-Position will be based in HK
