募集職種：Assistant Training Manager/ Senior Training Officer
-To be responsible for identifying, developing,
implementing and evaluating appropriate learning &
development solutions to fulfill operation needs and support staff
development strategies for designated business partners within JCR.
-To design, facilitate and assess different kinds of learning
and development solutions to support the growth of JCR in terms of customer service,
technical skills training, supervisory skills development as well as attitude betterment.
-To support the career management of staff in designated brand
by organizing required assessment and accreditation up to supervisory level.
-To liaise with different parties to identify and assess training needs.
$25K to $30K x 12 mths + Discretionary Bonus
-Degree holder with minimum 3 years working experience in HR and Training
-Function, preferably in service / catering industry.
-Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Japanese.
-Competent in MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc.
-Good team player in managing internal and external business partners.
